Welcome to Woman Leadership show. I'm Janet and in this episode, I will be sharing with you about what you focus expands.

I used to be lost in my career and life direction not sure what I want to achieve in life and just went with the flow of my life having job and income to survive daily but not planning.

I start to focus on my end in mind which is to have financial independence and so to achieve freedom of having option to choose what I want to do and not having to depend on anyone to determine my life.

Start with baby steps but staying focus on one task and complete what I started. Women is multi tasking with multiple responsibilities.

Takeaway
You can be doing just one thing to improve in yourself as long you stay focus and results will show up a matter of time. I focus in improving myself by immersing myself in developing myself as an employee, manager and building my skillset in presentation, facilitation and regional experience.

I know someone who has given up after initial try and years later is still not able to engage stakeholder and confidence to present to senior executives and leaders.

Complacency will take over and we start to slack if we do not set goals for ourselves and someone to accountable for.
