114: My season 3 podcast journey
Welcome to Woman Leadership show. I'm Janet Aisyah and in this episode, I will be sharing with you on our journey why I recorded Season 3 of my podcast.

Remember, your attitude is like a price tag, it shows how valuable you are.
It is important to have 3 years plan when I was in corporate. When I first started the Season 1, I knew that it will last a year. A year will pass very fast. In the event I return back to work , I will have enough episodes to last for 3 years.
When I did Season 1 , I did not expect to complete 55 episodes in 48 hours. Now I am doing Season 3. I did season 2 when there was lockdown halfway through the recording.
I took a short break before continue Season 3 due to other priorities. I thought I would need more time to warm up as lost the momentum compared to the transition between 1 & 2. I realised I was able to pick up very fast and able to start the recording even without script.
My takeaways
It gives me alot of satisfaction when I completed 2 Season and start of Season 3 in 1 year.
It motivates me to continue to share my challenges, worries and insights with others. How it increase my confidence and self esteem when I continue to do in this season 3.
Reminder is not the amount of work but the consistency even if is only one thing.
I hope that through my sharing, it draws inspiration and personal reflection for you. I believe every woman has the potential to be a leader in your own way.
